McKenna Audience Reviews

Alicia I love this movie so much
ChicRawIdol A brilliant film that helped define a genre
Maleeha Vincent It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Lela The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
makemeasandwich This short-lived family drama just never quite took flight. Interestingly, the show featured a young Jennifer Love Hewitt right before she landed a role on Party of Five where she went on to garner plenty of attention.McKenna - which only lasted a few episodes - unfortunately never figured out what kind of show it wanted to be. It seemed part Dawson's Creek and part Fall Guy... never really appealing to either type of audience. The scenery, however, was spectacular. Set in Bend, Oregon, the show's main star - after the as yet undiscovered Hewitt - was clearly the background scenery. The area has played host to several movies over the years, but none that captured the natural beauty of the area like McKenna.
