Into the Night Audience Reviews

KnotMissPriceless Why so much hype?
Stevecorp Don't listen to the negative reviews
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Rosie Searle It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
tbills2 Michelle Pfeiffer is life. I love Michelle Pfeiffer and everything about her. I love her in Scarface, I can't get enough of her in What Lies Beneath, and Catwoman Returns, I mean Batman Returns is one of my all-time favorites. I hold no ego when expressing this, Michelle is easily the most beautiful woman imaginable, inside and out, especially inside but especially out. She's perfect and I truly f'ing love her. I love you, Michelle, I really do. I miss you in movies and you're a goddess. I would do anything for you at this point in my life if you ever needed me to. Lol. Michelle I really freaking love you and you're electric. I don't know why I say that, I wish I could just think of a clever pun involving this movie, oh, Michelle, I toss and turn at night thinking of you, actually I sleep fine at night, and I'm pretty sure it's mostly because of you and your hot bod. I love Michelle :); she's so smart. Jeffy Goldenblumer is really good too and I like him and miss the days when he was a leading man, but not like Michelle. I want to be with Michelle Pfeiffer. Watching Into the Night, I feel like I am. I've disregarded her too much at this point in my life, but I'm young and I won't make the same mistake twice, Michelle is easily one of my 5 all-time legendary hot favorite actresses, and watching Into the Night finally makes me realize this fully. FINALLY! YES! Marry me, Michelle. Haha. Miss Pfeiffer is all that matters in life. Okay, all the smushy stuff is over, now, I get to comment on Michelle's hottest nude scene, FINALLY! But before I do, haha, let me just say one more thing, I really love Michelle. I would love to meet her. She's got a beautiful smile, and a more gorgeous smirk. Okay, what was I gonna do............uuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh..............lol. I'm pretty sure Michelle loves me too. Into the Night is really good. Definitely watch this at night, or during the day it really doesn't matter, well, it kinda does. Into the Night = in love with Michelle Pfeiffer. I completely forgot what I was gonna do. Oh yeeeeeeeaaah, hahahaha, now I remember................what was I gonna do again? Michelle's funny, ha, she doesn't get enough credit for how funny she is, and how epically f'ing gorgeous she is. I like her. I like her a-lot. This is the best movie ever, lol; it's got a super nighttime vibe. Jeff Goldblum is a really good actor and apparently very attractive. Michelle Pfeiffer is the best actress ever. This has a great daytime vibe too, but not as good as watching it at night. Okay, thanks for reading my Into the Night Michelle Pfeiffer IMDb ultimate epic tribute review. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did, LOL! Farewell, Michelle. I love you. Wasn't there something I was gonna do..............oh that's right, the no ego thing, I guess I'll just go.................this is a really, really romantic movie thanks to Michelle and all Michelle. O M G..................Michelle, your body's amazing, and your face is so beautiful, but your butt is immaculate.Into the Night 2, maybe?
Norton S Night, as we know, "is dark and full of horror", but night also allows you to escape from jailers, guarding your prison cell during daytime. Night - time of escapes, time of escapists. "Into the Night" - a movie for escapists. Who are very bad people, according to the unanimous opinion of jailers. If you suffer from insomnia at night and falling asleep in the office during the day on your important but hateful work, when colleagues don't understand you, when your wife is cheating you with some cock, innocently asking "how can I help, dear?" while throwing away your breakfast, maybe you should look up for yourself at night? Maybe there is a reason why you suffer from insomnia. And you make a night raid at the airport, hoping for... you don't know what for, in sleepless Las Vegas. You realize the folly of your action at parking and about to return to your usual prison cell, attempting to start the engine, when blonde beauty jumps into your car, chased by bearded types of Middle Eastern appearance with big guns. Your budget Toyota instantly start up and carries away you and your strange companion Into the Night. No matter how beautiful girl is, but you just don't want to get into any troubles in this strange and unknown world of the night, you want to go home - into your familiar and comfortable prison, to your treacherous wife and hated work. Maybe you'll be able to sleep? And yet, how can you refuse to give this girl a ride home? So, step by step, looking at the strange girl and her pictures at her home, you became more and more involved into the unusual world of night freedom in which future is uncertain and nobody knows what the next hour will bring.Perhaps someone will be confused by uncertainty of this film genre - it is not clear if you watch a domestic drama, a black comedy, a social satire, a thriller or a detective. Perhaps all these genres are represented in "Into the Night". There are numerous cameo of directors, including John Landis himself in the role of the hapless Iranian thug experiencing problems with opening doors. There is really a lot humour in this movie - from grotesque Charlie Chaplin-like slapstick (constant war of the Iranians with doors, Ed's misadventures with props on the set, limousine theft) and social satire ("it's all because of property"?), to the witty dialogues and black irony - everything is there, except the vulgar humour. Humour in the film is not misanthropic, cold and arrogant, like Cohens', on the contrary - the director lovingly refers to his characters. There is also a detective story and a thriller, and even gunfights - even though the main character (who does not want to be a hero) never pick up's any guns. But is genre purity so good? In which genre, for example, you live your life? Certainly it has elements of domestic drama and comedy, melodrama, and sometimes detective and thriller, if you, like the movie's protagonist, ready to run "into the night."Perhaps, "Into the Night" includes all what a real escapist appreciates: a cold-blooded hero who does not want to be a hero (always detached and ironic intellectual Jeff Goldblum fits as he was born for this role), but finally decided to exchange his comfortable prison of day to dangers of freedom of night; beautiful and strange girl (Michelle Pfeiffer is truly beautiful in the prime of her beauty) - witty beauty who is living an easy life and at last acknowledged the existence of something more valuable than money; escape from prison of everyday life and compromises with your conscience into freedom and suspense of the night; fighting with challenges of destiny and overcoming your fear; lack of misanthropy; subtle humour, sometimes, however, turned into slapstick of classic comedies of the 1920th; music of B.B. King; retribution for the crimes of those who committed them, and a happy ending for those who do right. However, I suspect that the jailers will not appreciate "Into the Night". But I give it 8 out of 10.
Claudio Carvalho In Los Angeles, the insomniac aerospace engineer Ed Okin (Jeff Goldblum) has a boring job and a cold relationship with his wife. One afternoon, Ed leaves his job earlier to rest and discovers that his wife Ellen (Stacey Pickren) is cheating him with her colleague Stan (Carmen Argenziano). During the night, Ed can not sleep and he decides to drive to the airport to kill time. When he parks in the garage of the airport, he sees a beautiful lady, Diana (Michelle Pfeiffer), chased by four Iranians. He helps her and drives away to her place. Sooner he discovers that Diana has smuggled six stones from Iran and now she is chased by the gang of Shaheen Parvici (Irene Papas) and by the dangerous British killer Colin Morris (David Bowie) that works for the French Monsieur Melville (Roger Vadim). Ed Okin has an unforgettable night with Diana."Into the Night" is one of my favorite movies of the 80's. I have just watched this film at least for the sixth time and Michelle Feiffer is stunningly gorgeous. The engaging story is funny and one attraction is to identify the cameo of directors and other personalities, such as David Cronenberg, John Landis, Don Siegel, Jonathan Demme, and Lawrence Kasdan working with names like Vera Miles, Irene Papas, David Bowie and Dan Aykroyd among others. The awesome music of B.B. King gives a touch of class to this wonderful film. My vote is nine.Title (Brazil): "Um Romance Muito Perigoso" ("A Very Dangerous Romance")
goldgreen The plot here about a woman (Michelle Pfieffer) who has six emeralds that a bunch of murderous heavies want to get their hands on is pretty silly, but what rescues the film is some brilliant direction from John Landis, and I mean brilliant. It would not surprise me if they study this at film school. He takes every banal scene and adds a touch of comedy, clowning, in-jokes (more cameos of famous people and film directors than you could believe), or just tension. There is not a flat moment in the whole film. The choice of upmarket locations in Los Angeles too is a constant dazzle. Overall this pacing overcomes an average input from the love interest of Jeff Goldblum and Michelle Pfeiffer who do not really gel.
