Comedy genius, love it as well as references to clubbbing and dating in that awesome time perriod we call the 90s. Closet classic. Thanks for this movie. Kudos to the writer, funniest Jenny McCarthy! If you dont get it, its just not your kind of movie, i understand but for someone who has lived any part or seen friends in this same state if clubbing depressed just broke up hoeing ,, i laughed my ass off...get a life haters

I rated this movie 9 out of 10. That's right. 9 out of 10. Why? It really made me laugh.Jenny McCarthy ridicules everything in this movie. Herself, her cast, stereotypes we all know, the photography business, love, women, men, fashion, movies, everything. Mostly, though, this movie makes fun of romantic comedies. This is a movie you should not take too serious, because it isn't. It's mostly just finger-pointing and laughing. You just have to "let it happen" as you watch it, and enjoy the hysteria and (self-)mockery. It really cracked me up a couple of times, especially at the end there was a joke I couldn't get over.Jenny McCarthy is way too intelligent to produce something like this with the intention of making it a serious romantic comedy. (Because those of you who've seen it: a shoe? Really?) She just wanted to laugh at romantic comedies and I think she did a superb job.

i can't believe the reviews i read for this movie, obviously you people don't understand the comedy in this movie. you are all taking it as a literal movie, understand this....its COMEDY that means fictional!!! nobody will ever act like she does in this movie, you want to because that's how you feel inside...but you will not act like this...OK???? get off it and get a sense of humor folks!!!! the movie is funny as any stupid comedy out there. i loved all of it, it's one of my favorites....because.....IT'S FUNNY. someone referred to dumb and dumber, very funny movie also but yes fictional. scary movie is funny too because its just dumb humor and that's what this movie is, dumb humor...entertainment...hello

i love this movie! i watched this film and i thought it was just OK. Later, i found myself telling my friends about this film, as parts of it are just hilarious. soon i found myself watching this movie again with friends,family and coworkers and everyone loving it, at times i had to hit the pause button to wait for people to stop laughing so they wouldn't miss anything. my feelings towards this film quickly changed, I LOVE THIS MOVIE! i would not change a thing. i thought it was a good story, well directed, a good soundtrack, and the facial expressions alone are too much. i do not understand why so many of the other reviews here seem to be so angry. Its a fun film! relax and enjoy.
