To Kill a Mockingbird Audience Reviews

MamaGravity good back-story, and good acting
Dorathen Better Late Then Never
Dotbankey A lot of fun.
Bessie Smyth Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.
ashlynh-96438 Such a well done film. The casting is amazing. An American classic that everyone should watch. The book is better, but it is a wonderful adaptation.
adonis98-743-186503 Atticus Finch, a lawyer in the Depression-era South, defends a black man against an undeserved rape charge, and his children against prejudice. To Kill a Mockingbird benefits from a very good perfomance from Gregory Peck but unfortunately the movie is brought down by the kid or kids in general which were pretty annoying and stupid and just ruined the movie as a whole. The story was pretty interesting but could have been way better as well but definitely not the masterpiece that everyone seemed to make it sound like for years. (3.0/10)
erswenerz Listen, there's nothing wrong with changing a few things in an adaptation of a book, but really? If you haven't read the book, but you seen the movie, you're probably thinking "oh this is a pretty good movie", but if you've ready the book, get read for a dissapointment. The acting is good, but it's not entirely faithful to the book and that's what is bothering me. This movie is definitely not bad, it is watchable, but it is mediocre in my mind.
Osmosis Iron Probably the best movie ever made about racism! Just like in the book it's not overly dark and depressing but shown through the innocent eyes of a child, many memorable moments don't even have nothing to do with racism. Gregory Peck is amazing in this!
